At Moy-Low Consulting, we provide expert education consultancy and investigation services to the early childhood, primary, and secondary sectors. From our base in Waikato, we operate across New Zealand. Our expertise includes:


Independent reports for Boards of Trustees – Moy-Low Consulting can take the lead on investigating complaints, potential teacher misconduct and Code of Professional Responsibility breaches.
Facilitator – to help schools, boards, principals, senior leadership staff, and teachers deal with a range of school-related issues. Professional Responsibility, Keeping Teachers’ Safe, Professional Boundaries.
Emotional and physical wellbeing in schools – working with principals, teachers, and students in various areas, including the new physical restraint guidelines.

About Kathy Moy-Low
Masters Educational Leadership, Fellow Trinity College London, Licensed Private Investigator
Kathy Moy-Low has a proven track record in senior leadership positions within the education sector. This includes extensive experience as a primary school principal in both state and state integrated schools. Kathy has taught in a variety of education settings from pre school through to secondary. Kathy also has experience leading a team of investigators at the NZ Teaching Council with responsibility for investigating the misconduct of teachers. As a licensed Private Investigator she has the experience to assist boards and principals when difficult situations arise
